Questions
How do I register my church?
Choose “Start free” on this website (or Get Started in the app), create your account, then name your church. You become its Senior Pastor on Flock Book and your 14 free days begin.
How do I add my church team?
In the app: More → Team. On the web: Team & Roles. Enter their email and role. They sign in with that email and join your church.
Who can see our families?
Only the people on your church team. Each church’s families are private to that church.
When do reminders come?
Every morning at the hour you choose in More → Notifications, by your phone’s clock.
How do I record who came on Sunday?
Home → Sunday check-in. Tap each family who came and save. Families not seen for 2 Sundays appear in Follow-ups.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
The app locks until your church’s membership is active. Your records stay safe. You can also enter an access code.
How do we pay for a membership?
Sign in on flockbook.app, open Membership in the dashboard and choose monthly ($5.99) or yearly ($54.99). Payment is by card through Stripe. Only the Senior Pastor or Church Admin can manage the membership.
Where do I enter an access code?
On the web: Membership in the dashboard. In the app: the access code screen. The free months are added to your church straight away.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in page, enter your email and choose “Forgot password”. We will email you a link to set a new one.
How do I delete my account?
