About these terms

These terms apply to flockbook.app and the Flock Book phone app (“Flock Book”), provided by Gerizim Digital Ltd (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Flock Book you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the church you register or join.

Your account and your church

• Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• The person who registers a church becomes its Senior Pastor on Flock Book and decides who joins the team and with what role.
• Your church owns the records it enters. You confirm that your church has the right to keep those details and that families have agreed to be recorded.

Free trial and membership

• Every new church receives a 14-day free trial. No card is needed.
• After the trial, Flock Book locks until your church has an active membership: $5.99 a month or $54.99 a year, in US dollars. One membership covers your whole church team.
• Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Membership page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are taken by Stripe.
• We may give access codes that add free membership months. Codes have no cash value and may expire.
• If prices change, we will tell you before your next renewal.

Acceptable use

Use Flock Book for the pastoral care and administration of your church. Do not use it to send unwanted messages, to store information you have no right to keep, to try to reach another church’s records, or to disrupt the service.

Expense and income records

Flock Book lets you note your church’s income and spending. It is a record book only: it does not move money, hold funds or give financial advice.

Availability

We work hard to keep Flock Book running and your records safe, but we cannot promise it will always be free of interruption. From time to time we may pause the service briefly for maintenance.

Ending

You can stop using Flock Book and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you where we reasonably can.

Liability

Flock Book is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the membership fees your church paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
